We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive multi-duty clerk to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires multitasking across administrative, clerical, and support functions.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  3. Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
  4. Support various departments with routine tasks.
  5. Answer phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
  6. Maintain accurate records and databases.
  7. Coordinate with other staff and departments as needed.

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  3. Strong communication in English and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
