Assistant Manager – Repair Operations

We are looking for a results-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional after-sales service and operational excellence. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and lead the day-to-day operations of our repair center, ensuring efficient repair processes, high service quality, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with technical teams, customer service teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to continuously improve operational performance, service delivery, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

  1. Lead and coordinate repair center operations to achieve repair turnaround time, productivity, service quality targets and other performance SLAs.
  2. Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring customer repairs are completed within agreed timelines.
  3. Supervise, coach, and develop teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational procedures, and ISO requirements while supporting internal and external audits.
  5. Manage resources, spare parts availability, tools, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
  6. Analyze operational performance, repair trends, recurring issues, and customer feedback to drive service improvements.

Qualifications & skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electronics engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience in technical service, operations or manufacturing environments.
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  5. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. High work ethic, strong ownership mindset, and results-oriented approach.
