Nest JS Backend Developer

We are looking for a JavaScript backend developer with strong Node.js fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable backend systems using modern AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations.
2. Build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using Node.js.
3. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
4. Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver features.
5. Utilize AI development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of backend development experience.
2. Strong JavaScript and Node.js skills.
3. Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
4. Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
5. Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
6. Familiarity with Git and AWS is a plus.
7. Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, and clean code principles.
8. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.

Nice to have

1. Experience with AI-powered applications, LLMs, or AI agents.
2. Experience with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems.
3. Knowledge of OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, or similar models.
4. Experience with vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks.
