Key responsibilities
- Attending to customer inquiries on multiple communication channels
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations efficiently
- Record and manage company expenses in the internal system
- Maintain inventory records for both office supplies and sales items
- Oversee and manage petty cash and bank-related activities
- Generate and process invoices for products and services
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments regularly
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients
Requirements
- Fluent in Sinhala and English (Tamil language proficiency will be considered a strong advantage).
- Age between 20 and 28 years.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
- Willingness to work on a roster-based schedule, including shifts when required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
