We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods at MAC Logistics Plus (Private) Limited, ensuring accuracy, safety, and smooth warehouse operations.
Prerequisites
- G.C.E. Ordinary level (O/L) or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations will be an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Responsible, disciplined, and a good team player
- Candidates residing in or around Matara will be given preference
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and properly store incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch accurately and on time
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintain proper stock organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Support inventory control, stock updates, and periodic stock counts
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
