Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
  2. Proficiency in GDS systems such as Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo.
  3. IATA qualification or recognized airfare and ticketing certification.
  4. Strong understanding of world geography and international travel routes.
  5. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  6. Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala and/or Tamil.
  7. Professional, customer-focused, and friendly personality.
