Candidate profile

1. Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on outbound operations.
3. Prior experience in FMCG will be an added advantage.
4. Willingness to work night shifts.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Quick learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
7. Sound knowledge of inventory management.
8. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
9. Experience in using ERP systems is required.
10. Preferred age range: 28 – 35 years.

Key responsibilities

1. Inventory & stock: Daily reconciliation & maintaining accurate stock levels.
2. Operations: Coordinate with sales & production for timely dispatches & order fulfilment.
3. 3rd party warehouse: Liaise with external warehouses to plan inbound/outbound & inventory counts.
4. Discrepancy management: Investigate & resolve any discrepancies.
5. People management: Lead the dispatch team, manage schedules & ensure department KPIs are met.
