Production executive | production supervisor – meethirigala

Key responsibilities and duties

1. Responsible for achieving the daily production targets.
2. Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the processing plant.
3. Adhere to company policies, regulations and all company quality standards.
4. Responsible for stock maintenance and 100% accuracy of stock verification.
5. Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene, sanitation, and compliance.
6. Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
7. Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
8. Guide and motivate production staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications and experience

1. Bachelor degree in food science and nutrition, food technology, agri food technology, agricultural business, or animal science from a recognized university.
2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in the manufacturing facility.
3. Preferred age between 25–35 years.
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Professional, goal-oriented, and innovative approach with strong organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication & team work skills.
7. Experience in further processing unit & night shift experience is an added advantage.
8. Male candidates are preferred.
