Key qualifications & requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in civil engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction company, preferably in building construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of:

6. Quality control
7. Contract administration
8. Health & safety management
9. Ability to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
10. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
11. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
12. Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
