What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within a creative or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of creative processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide creative teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, from initial briefing to final delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all project components.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and client expectations.
