Requirements
- A degree or equivalent professional qualification in human resource management, industrial relations, business administration or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 4-5 years’ experience in industrial relations or administration.
- Male candidate age below 38 years
- Strong understanding of disciplinary procedures and workplace policies
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Sinhala typing and excellent computer literacy (including MS Office and email)
Key responsibilities
- Handle industrial relations (IR) matters including disciplinary inquiries, grievances, and employee relations issues.
- Prepare investigation reports with recommendations for disciplinary action.
- Support grievance handling and conflict resolution processes.
- Maintain disciplinary records and employee documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
