Key responsibilities

  1. Assist in managing day-to-day administrative operations.
  2. Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  3. Coordinate office procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  4. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  5. Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  6. Assist with budget monitoring, expense tracking, and basic financial administration.
  7. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  8. Maintain accurate filing systems and confidential records.
  9. Handle internal and external communications professionally.

Qualifications and skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  2. 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience in operations, preferably within the service sector. For the Assistant Manager-Administration position, candidates must also have a minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience.
  3. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  4. Basic understanding of budgeting and financial processes.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  6. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  7. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  8. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with experience managing social media and AI platforms.
