Key responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat & social media platforms
  2. Provide accurate information and support to customers
  3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  4. Respond in a timely and accurate manner
  5. Perform functions across social media platforms
  6. Convert inquiries into sales

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree, short course certificate or equivalent in any business or marketing fields
  2. Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a digital setting
  3. Good communication skills written and verbal (English/Sinhala/Tamil is an advantage)
  4. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-first mindset
  5. Proficiency with CRM software and social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads etc.)
  6. Experience with social media analytics, reporting and performance interpretation
  7. Familiarity with paid social advertising concepts and campaign optimization
  8. Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
