Member Relations Executive

Requirements

  1. Strong customer service & client relationship skills, friendly & professional communication style.
  2. Experience in front desk operations, reception, or hospitality (ideal in fitness /wellness).
  3. Ability to manage bookings, schedules, & basic admin with attention to detail.
  4. Comfort with computers, CRM systems, scheduling tools, & spreadsheets.
  5. Excellent spoken & written English (local language skill a plus).
  6. Proactive problem-solving, handled member concerns.
  7. Strong organizational & time management.
  8. Interest in health, fitness, or wellness (willingness to learn Pilates & studio services).
  9. On-site on fixed schedule (morning, evenings, weekends).
  10. Prior experience in sales or membership coordination a plus, meet retention targets.

Responsibilities

  1. Greeting members & visitors, managing check-ins, front desk assistance.
  2. Accurate member records & database updates.
  3. Coordinating bookings, managing class capacity, processing payments.
  4. New member onboarding & orientations.
  5. Following up with members (renewals, feedback, attendance).
  6. Resolving concerns, collaborating with instructors & management.
