Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a call center environment.
- Fluent Tamil-speaking skills.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Responsible, mature, and professional personality.
- Good attendance record and strong commitment to work.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through inbound and outbound calls using strong negotiation skills.
- Handle customer phone calls professionally in Tamil.
- Manage WhatsApp and Facebook customer inquiries.
- Explain company services and packages clearly and professionally.
- Adhere to company policies while handling customer objections & rejections using effective customer acquisition skills.
- Follow up on customer inquiries responsibly while complying with company policies.
- Support customers with registrations and profile-related assistance.
- Maintain and achieve weekly performance targets.
