Hotel Casamara Kandy is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to steer the kitchen pastry department to its true potential. The pastry chef we are looking for should have:

Requirements

1. Diploma or equivalent from a recognized hotel school.
2. At least 10 to 15 years experience in pastry/bakery operations.
3. 3 years experience as a pastry chef in a reputed hotel.
4. Good communication skills in English.
5. A strong background in being associated with star class hotels.

Responsibilities

1. Provide supervision, training to pastry staff.
2. Give necessary guidance to staff for quality and standards.
3. Be a hands-on person.
