Are you a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills? We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Customer Care Executive to join our growing team

Responsibilities

  1. Contact existing clients via telephone
  2. Update customers about new company services & prices
  3. Conduct customer satisfaction and service quality follow-ups
  4. Maintain positive customer relationships
  5. Record customer feedback and report findings to management
  6. Assist in improving overall customer experience

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English
  2. Pleasant telephone manner and customer focused attitude
  3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
  4. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  5. Previous experience in customer service, tele marketing, or call center operations is an advantage.
