Senior manager – corporate branch

Job responsibilities

1. Achieve the overall business development goals assigned to the specific branch, whilst implementing strategies appropriate to the branch geography
2. Ensure new customer acquisition targets are met through regular customer visits
3. Achieve operational excellence in the branch & ensure adherence to overall regulatory, compliance and operational policies of the bank
4. Lead and motivate all customer interfacing staff in cross selling and business development
5. Maintain superior customer service standards

Experience & qualifications

1. Minimum 15 years of work experience in a commercial bank, out of which at least 5 years of experience as branch manager
2. Excellent marketing skills, credit and operational knowledge
3. Full / part qualification in banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification
4. Trilingual conversational ability will be a definite advantage
5. An outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
6. A team player, with a performance driven and service-oriented mindset
