Intern business analyst

Key responsibilities

1. Communicate with international clients through email, calls, and online meetings.
2. Conduct product demos for potential customers and answer queries clearly.
3. Assist with lead qualification, follow-ups, and converting prospects.
4. Understand client requirements and provide the right product guidance.
5. Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
6. Help troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate when needed.

Key requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
2. Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering.
3. Strong proficiency in spoken and written English with clear communication skills.
4. Strong communication skills and a confident, positive attitude.
5. Comfortable doing demos and speaking to foreign clients.
6. Quick learner with analytical thinking and good problem solving skills.
7. Able to work night shift consistently (3 PM – 12 AM).
