  1. Proven expertise in pastry, bakery and dessert production.
  2. Culinary leadership experience in a hotel, resort or high-volume pastry kitchen.
  3. Strong understanding of contemporary pastry trends, baking techniques and dessert plating.
  4. Strong team leadership, training and mentoring skills.
  5. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency and creativity.
  6. Passion for innovation, craftsmanship and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  7. Sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards.
  8. Pre-opening experience will be an added advantage.
