Maintenance Executive

Qualifications

1. Diploma / NVQ level 5 in civil engineering / electrical / mechanical with minimum 03 years’ experience in building maintenance
2. Good communication, reporting and problem-solving skill
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, masonry, plumbing, carpentry and painting
5. Familiarity with MS office (excel, word) auto CAD
6. Age between 25 – 40

Key responsibility

1. Supervising electrical, mechanical, civil work on outlet & head office
2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
3. Manage day to day operation -including supervising staff
4. Monitor material usage and cost saving
