Millwright Fitter

Responsibilities

1. Installation, assembly, proper alignment, and maintenance of machinery.
2. Performing preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for mechanical equipment.
3. Performing fabrication work (arc welding, MIG, TIG, gas cutting, etc.).
4. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints.
5. Accurate repair of mechanical parts.
6. Using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
7. Maintaining and repairing motors, switches, sensors, and basic wiring.

Requirements

1. Millwright fitter should have an NVQ level 4 or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
3. Knowledge of electrical systems and documentation (report writing) is an additional qualification.
