Key responsibilities

  1. Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to achieve output targets.
  2. Ensure compliance with organic, food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor production efficiency, yields, material utilization, and wastage reduction initiatives.
  4. Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
  6. Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and operational performance updates to management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  3. Experience in food processing, spices, organic products or agricultural processing industries will be a distinct advantage.
  4. Strong knowledge, organic standards, and quality management systems.
  5. Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
