Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management (Pvt) Ltd. in partnership with William Angliss Institute (RTO No.3045), Australia, is the largest private specialised training center for hospitality, foods, events, and tourism in Sri Lanka. We are located within the SLIIT Main Campus in Malabe, Sri Lanka.

Job profile

1. Handling of and follow up daily inquiries from various platforms (direct / web / social media and walk-in inquiries).
2. Ensuring successful handling of the student registration process.
3. Communicating with target audience and managing customer relationships.
4. Attending in education exhibitions and various workshops to engage with the public and create leads.

Candidate profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
2. 2-4 years of proven working experience in the relevant field.
3. Prior working experience in an educational setting would be an added advantage.
4. Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
5. Ability to work independently and efficiently collaborate with the team.
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
7. Ability and eagerness to achieve given departmental and company targets.
8. Ability to conduct personalized programs to acquire leads with successful conversion to students.
