Job role
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and procedures.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
- Enter and manage data accurately in company systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and attend to walk-in customers.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level / Advanced Level qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in administration, clerical work, or customer service will be an added advantage.
