Responsibilities

  1. Build strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
  2. Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
  3. Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing timely updates on shipments.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

Experience

  1. Beginner’s or minimum 1 year of proven experience in freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  2. Strong industry knowledge with the ability to offer effective logistics solutions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good knowledge of international shipping processes (air & sea freight preferred).
