Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for a talented Senior Accounts Executive with experience in the restaurant industry to oversee and manage financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage daily accounting operations including cash flow, sales reconciliation, and financial records.
2. Perform menu costing and pricing analysis to optimize profitability.
3. Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs to improve profit margins.
4. Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts for the restaurant.
5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and audits.
6. Prepare and present financial statements and performance reports to management.
7. Oversee inventory tracking, stock audits, and asset management.
8. Lead and supervise the accounts team to ensure efficient financial operations.
9. Implement and maintain financial controls to prevent errors and fraud.

Key requirements

1. Part qualification of CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, CMA, AAT and/ or diploma or degree in accounting/ finance.
2. Minimum of 3 to 4 years of accounting experience.
3. Prior experience in a restaurant or a hotel would be an added advantage.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently and extended work hours to meet deadlines.
8. Good communication and teamwork skills.
