Join our team! We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR & Admin Coordinator (Male) to serve as the key point of contact between the company and our foreign national employees, ensuring smooth coordination of HR, administrative, and logistical support services.
Key responsibilities & skills
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and foreign national employees.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Assist with opening bank accounts and completing related documentation.
- Assist with visa applications, renewals, medicals, and immigration requirements.
- Monitor and maintain attendance records and employee information.
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support and employee assistance.
- Coordinate accommodation, transport, and other logistical arrangements when required.
- Support visa, immigration, and related administrative processes.
- Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Maintain HR and administrative records and documentation.
- Support office administration, utility coordination, compliance, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers as necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in HR, business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, administration, client coordination, or customer service.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good personality and with can do attitude.
- Good command of English; Sinhala, Tamil, or Chinese will be an added advantage.
