Freelance | Part-Time Headhunter (Remote)

We are looking for motivated and results-driven freelance / part-time headhunters to support our growing recruitment projects across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

1. Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
2. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
3. Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Present suitable candidates for open vacancies.
5. Develop and maintain professional relationships with potential candidates.

Requirements

1. Experience in recruitment, headhunting, talent acquisition, HR, or sales.
2. Strong communication and networking skills.
3. Ability to independently source and attract candidates.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
5. Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms will be an added advantage.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
