Suwanda Industries, a joint venture with Eswaran Brothers and Cycle Pure Incense India, one of the largest incense sticks and fragrance manufacturers, available in more than 75 countries, are inviting you to join our team.

Qualifications

1. Handle stock issuing, receiving, and return processes accurately.
2. Maintain inventory records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
3. Prepare and update reports using Tally ERP.
4. Coordinate with production, stores, and quality control departments to ensure smooth operations.
5. Monitor stock movements and assist in inventory control activities.
6. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of operational records and reports.
7. Support quality and compliance requirements through accurate documentation.

Experience

1. Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally ERP.
2. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong documentation and reporting skills.
4. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Previous experience in a manufacturing, stores, warehouse, inventory management, or quality control environment will be an added advantage.
