Key responsibilities

1. Lead the gardening unit, guide the gardeners, and oversee daily tasks to keep the resort grounds beautiful.
2. Ability to work independently and manage sustainable green projects within the resort.
3. Guide guests on natural walks and other Eco tours as needed.

Qualifications and skills

1. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. (Resort naturalist / gardening team leader)
2. A relevant qualification in agriculture, forestry, wildlife studies, or tourism will be a definite advantage.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills for guiding international and local guests.
4. Knowledgeable about local flora, fauna, and village culture.
