Vessel Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating vessel port calls, crew changes, husbandry services, port formalities, and communication with shipowners, masters, charterers, authorities, and service providers.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication skills in English
2. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
3. Strong follow-up and coordination skills
4. Good computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Excel)
5. Shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, port operations, or maritime experience will be an added advantage
6. Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required
