Digital Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator

The role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented digital marketing & customer service coordinator to support our growing online business operations, customer engagement activities, and brand promotions.

Reporting line

Reports to the marketing manager / operations manager.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  2. Update website and online business platforms regularly.
  3. Monitor social media analytics, reach, engagement, and performance.
  4. Support branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  5. Reply to customer messages, calls, and emails professionally.
  6. Process and confirm customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  7. Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism.
  8. Coordinate delivery arrangements and after-sales customer support.
  9. Support outlet operations and online business activities.

Requirements

  1. Good communication and customer handling skills.
  2. Knowledge of social media marketing and online platforms.
  3. Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  4. Basic computer literacy and analytical skills.
  5. Previous experience in digital marketing or customer service will be an added advantage.
