We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our plantation operations team in Dummalasuriya. Candidates should possess strong leadership abilities, operational knowledge, and hands-on experience in plantation management.

Requirements

1. Age above 40 years
2. Minimum 4+ years of experience in plantation operations or estate management
3. Strong knowledge of plantation supervision, labour management, and field operations
4. Ability to manage daily estate activities efficiently
5. Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
6. Experience in agricultural planning, harvesting, and estate maintenance will be an added advantage

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage day-to-day plantation operations
2. Coordinate labour teams and field activities
3. Monitor productivity, harvesting, and operational targets
4. Ensure proper maintenance of plantation lands and resources
5. Maintain operational records and submit reports to management
6. Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures
