Manager – Skill Development

As we continue to lead and transform, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is seeking a passionate and driven professional who embodies responsibility, adaptability and a commitment to excellence to take on this exciting role.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage the overall administration, operations, budgeting, and performance of the skill development division.
2. Ensure the timely planning and execution of Capstone verbal pitch assessments to achieve divisional targets.
3. Develop and deliver power skills, integrity, and digital skills programmes for students.
4. Organise and conduct external training programmes and workshops on professional and digital/data skills for students, members, corporates, and the public.
5. Drive revenue generation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships while achieving the division’s KPIs and growth targets.

Qualifications and skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
2. A professional qualification in a relevant discipline or an MBA will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in training, education management, programme management, or a related field.
4. Experience in organising professional development, training, or educational programmes is preferred.
5. Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Sound budgeting, planning, and target-driven operational management capabilities.
8. Good understanding of power skills, integrity, digital/data skills, and modern learning platforms.
