About the company

PMF Finance PLC, the fast growing non-banking financial institution in Sri Lanka, invites applications from dynamic and result oriented individuals with relevant qualifications and experience for the following position.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and review documentation for Islamic finance products such as Murabaha, Ijarah, Wakala, Musharakah, and other Shariah-compliant facilities.
2. Ensure all documentation complies with Shariah guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
3. Coordinate with the sales, operations, legal, and credit departments to facilitate smooth processing of Islamic finance transactions.
4. Maintain proper filing and record management of all Islamic finance documentation.
5. Assist in developing and updating Islamic finance product documentation templates and procedures.
6. Support the Islamic finance unit in operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, business administration, or Islamic finance.
2. Professional qualifications or certification in Islamic finance will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in banking, finance, or Islamic finance operations/documentation.
4. Good knowledge of Islamic finance concepts and contracts.
