Ace Healthcare (Pvt) Ltd is a mega pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical manufacturing plant, located in Horana, Sri Lanka.

Job responsibilities

1. Assist in the research, development, and registration process for new cosmetic, nutraceutical, and medicinal products.
2. Coordinate with the Ayurvedic department and national medicines regulatory authority (NMRA) for product registrations, approvals, and GMP compliance activities.
3. Prepare, maintain, and organize all legal, technical, and regulatory documentation while ensuring compliance with ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
4. Recommend innovative herbal molecules and provide technical expertise for the development of high-quality Ayurvedic, cosmetic, and nutraceutical products.
5. Ensure all operations comply with company quality standards, health and safety regulations, and GMP requirements.
6. Work closely with R&D, production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & experience

1. Bachelor of Ayurvedic medicine or any related qualification.
2. Minimum 06 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical manufacturing industry.
3. Prior experience in research & development (R&D) or regulatory affairs will be an added advantage.
4. Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, herbal product development, and related formulations.
5. Good understanding of NMRA regulations, GMP requirements, and product registration procedures.
6. Excellent documentation and record management skills with strong attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with regulatory authorities and internal departments.
