Job profile

  1. Handle inbound calls and customer queries related to the mobile wallet application, including transactions, account access, and feature usage.
  2. Resolve customer complaint related to failed transactions, delayed payments, reversals, and technical issues.
  3. Provide clear guidance on mobile wallet features, usage and digital payment processes.
  4. Log and track customer interactions, escalating unresolved cases to relevant teams.
  5. Follow up on pending cases to ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
  6. Educate customers on self-service options and safe wallet usage.
  7. Report recurring issues and trends to support continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and data privacy standards.
  9. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a focus on customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Candidate profile

  1. Ideal candidate should be between 20-30 years.
  2. Successfully completed GCE advanced level (A/L) or equivalent.
  3. Diploma in business/ IT/ customer service is an added advantage.
  4. 1-2 years of experience in call center, customer service, or financial services environment would be an added advantage.
  5. Basic understanding of digital payment systems, mobile wallets, or banking transactions.
  6. A dynamic and result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  7. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
  8. Ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage.
