Manager – Customer Relationship

The customer relationship manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Job summary

  1. Overall responsibility for all 05 Sterling Aftercare branches customer care department’s & operations (customer care front office, customer care back office and call center).
  2. Responsible for developing and applying customer service standards to deliver exceptional client experience.
  3. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries/concerns, understand their needs by developing effective solutions.
  4. Responsible for the training, coaching, and evaluating the performance of department workers within their area of responsibility.
  5. Interdepartmental collaboration as required to implement, improve and maintain company service standard.
  6. Generate reports and provide analysis on client activity and engagement on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 08 years of previous work experience in a service-related organization.
  3. Female candidate within the age group 32 to 37 is encouraged to apply.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and staff relationships.
