Executive – Business Development (Colombo)

Minimum qualifications & requirements

  1. Experience in the real estate field would be an added advantage
  2. 1+ years of experience in field sales / business development
  3. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  4. Full or part qualifications in CIM/SLIM
  5. Valid rider’s license and a motorbike is mandatory
  6. Resides in or around Colombo

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Achieve the set sales targets and KPIs within the stipulated time frame
  2. Carry out relevant tasks set out by the team lead towards achieving set goals
  3. Create / manage / nurture / maintain a strong customer pipeline to ensure continuous sales growth
  4. Provide relevant market / competitor feedback on a regular basis to the respective team lead
  5. Educate and train customers to maximize the benefit of their membership through effective ad posting / boosting at the right times
  6. Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethic at all times
