Marketing Manager – Hospitality & Retail Focus

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic marketing manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth across our hospitality and retail brands (jewelry).

Key responsibilities

1. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
2. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
3. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
4. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
5. Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
6. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
7. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
9. Analyze marketing data and generate performance reports.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (master’s preferred).
2. 3-5+ years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, etc.).
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
5. Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
6. Previous experience in hospitality sector and jewelry retail stores are added advantages.
