Civil engineer

1. Degree/diploma in civil engineering
2. Experience in construction project management and site supervision
3. Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and within a team

Quantity surveyor

1. Degree/diploma in quantity surveying
2. Experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, project cost management
3. Good knowledge of construction contracts and procurement procedures
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
