Qualification & experience
- Previous 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or dealer coordination within the automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build, maintain, and develop dealer and customer relationships.
- Capable of identifying and onboarding new dealers while supporting existing dealer networks.
- Passion for and basic knowledge of motorcycles and the automotive industry.
- Qualifications (full or partial) in marketing, business management, or a related field are preferred.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and focused on meeting sales objectives.
Requirements
- Support motorcycle sales and dealer development activities within assigned regions.
- Identify and develop new dealer opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
- Assist in achieving regional sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Coordinate promotional and marketing activities.
- Conduct market visits and gather competitor and customer feedback.
- Support after-sales coordination and dealer requirements.
- Prepare sales and market-related reports when required.
