Key responsibilities

1. Manage recruitment for staff and factory-level positions
2. Source and screen candidates through effective recruitment channels
3. Coordinate with department heads on hiring requirements
4. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and support onboarding
5. Maintain recruitment records and HR reports

Requirements

1. Diploma in human resources management
2. 2-3 years’ recruitment experience in the apparel or manufacturing sector
3. Strong communication and organizational skills
4. Driving licence will be an added advantage
