Role profile
- Responsible for coordinating and supporting the sales team in daily operations, including order processing, invoicing & documentation.
- Prepare and distribute quotations, invoices & contracts.
- Maintain and update sales data in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
- Assist in monitoring sales targets and performance metrics.
- Liaise with other departments, such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Support implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
Personal profile
- Degree or diploma in business administration, marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support administrative role within the food manufacturing industry will be a definite advantage.
- Experience in ERP systems and sales software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
