Job summary

We are seeking a motivated Accountant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare financial statements and reports
2. Maintain and update accounting records
3. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
4. Reconcile bank statements and accounts
5. Support month-end and year-end closing
6. Assist with audits and tax filings
7. Ensure compliance with financial policies

Requirements

1. Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
2. Full qualification / finalist of CASL, CIMA or ACCA
3. Good knowledge of accounting principles
4. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Good communication skills

Experience

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
2. Experience in ERP environment will be an advantage
3. Knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Experience in the manufacturing sector is required
