Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for this position.

Qualifications

1. Passed G.C.E. (O/L) examination with a ‘C’ pass in science subjects and passed G.C.E. (A/L) examination / obtained vocational training.
2. Must have completed a relevant technical apprenticeship course and obtained a certificate from the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA) or the Ceylon German Technical Training Institute (CGTTI) or a recognized technical college.

Requirements

1. Possession of NVQ – 4 certificate for electrical technician.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant professions.
3. Continuous and good physical health will be considered when selecting suitable applicants.
4. Special consideration will be given to applicants with certificates for millwright fitter, diesel mechanic, automobile mechanic.
