Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to help drive measurable business growth through paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimisation, and sales funnel management.

We operate in the food, grocery, organic products, and eCommerce space and are seeking someone who understands how to generate profitable growth not just run advertisements.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and proactive. You should be comfortable managing campaigns independently, identifying opportunities for improvement, analysing performance data, and making recommendations that directly impact revenue.

What you’ll be responsible for

Paid advertising & campaign management

  1. Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  2. Develop campaigns for sales, lead generation, product launches, retargeting, seasonal promotions, and wholesale enquiries.
  3. Build and optimise customer acquisition funnels.
  4. Monitor campaign performance and manage budgets efficiently.
  5. Reduce wasted ad spend while improving return on investment.
  6. Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Email, WhatsApp & LinkedIn support

  1. Support conversion-focused email marketing initiatives.
  2. Contribute to abandoned cart, product launch, promotional, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
  3. Assist with WhatsApp and LinkedIn campaigns that support customer engagement, wholesale enquiries, and lead generation.
  4. Recommend messaging and campaign improvements based on performance insights.

Conversion optimisation

  1. Analyse the customer journey and identify conversion bottlenecks.
  2. Conduct A/B testing.
  3. Improve landing page and sales funnel performance.
  4. Support initiatives that increase customer acquisition and retention.

Analytics & tracking

  1. Set up and manage tracking through: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
  2. Monitor and report on: ROAS, CPA, CPC.
  3. Conversion rate.
  4. Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports.
  5. Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data.

Requirements

Must-have experience

  1. Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
  2. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred experience

  1. Food, FMCG, grocery, organic products, retail, or eCommerce brands is preferable.
  2. Shopify experience.
  3. Multi-channel advertising experience.
  4. B2B and wholesale lead generation experience.
