We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer for the Deposit Department to serve as a key point of contact for customers. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, supporting deposit product management, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
Job profile
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the branch for deposit-related services and account opening.
- Manage end-to-end customer interactions, including onboarding, service inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on trust, service quality, and retention.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable deposit products to support business growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain service quality standards and ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate’s profile
- GCE A/L or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in banking, finance, or customer service roles (deposit operations preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Good understanding of banking operations, deposit products, and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
