HR Assistant

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our HR team and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace.

HR assistant

  1. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  2. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  3. Prepare and process employee documents and contracts.
  4. Support in attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
  5. Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
  6. Provide general HR support and handle employee inquiries.
  7. Support daily administration tasks and office management activities.

Qualifications & skills

  1. Part or full professional qualification in HRM, business administration, or related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (fresh graduates may apply).
  3. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work in a team.
  6. Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
