We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our HR team and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace.
HR assistant
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Prepare and process employee documents and contracts.
- Support in attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
- Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Provide general HR support and handle employee inquiries.
- Support daily administration tasks and office management activities.
Qualifications & skills
- Part or full professional qualification in HRM, business administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (fresh graduates may apply).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work in a team.
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
